Housing starts up slightly in Windsor, Ontario

Housing starts in the Windsor area showed a slight increase in October over the same month a year ago, according to the Canada Mortgage and Housing Corporation but overall the total remains lower than last year.
There were 40 starts recorded in October, including 34 single starts. A year ago, there were 31 starts, including 27 singles.
There were also four semi-detached starts last month and two apartment units.
